Flat roofs are notorious for leaks!  Because of the low pitch water has a difficult time running off.  Once damaged by a storm water will funnel to the low areas and begin to seap throught he roofing membrane and insulation.  Often times you will not see the leaks coming in the inside directly underneath where the water is actually penetrating the roof membrane.  The water finds it’s way down through gaps in the insulation and subsequent layers underneath and can migrate horizontally long distances away from where it came in initally before getting inside.

Roof wrap covers the entire roof structure and is anchored around the peremiter so that the water cannot find the low areas.  We heat weld the seams so the water doesn’t have the opportunity to get through.
